Not only do we provide services for those seeking for work, we also work to fulfill employer demands. For employers we can:

• provide a labour pool
• help fulfill manpower requirements
• possibly provide wage subsidy
• match your open positions with qualified and well suited applicants
• job coaching/mentoring

We keep an active list of qualified and trained personnel to support office and labour-related jobs, for both short and long-term positions. Examples of the type jobs our labour pool can perform includes: Secretary/Receptionist, Stocking Retail, Warehouse support, Farming duties (haying, tending to animals, and fencing), Commercial and Residential Construction, Janitorial). For an applicant to be considered for our labour pool, we require a current resume and contact information.
