The Ktunaxa Nation Council Employment and Training works with both job ready clients as well as clients who are not job ready to engage the Ktunaxa, First Nations and in some instances all Aboriginal people who reside within the Ktunaxa Traditional Territory. KNC Employment & Training uses an integrated approach to provide supports to clients who are unemployed or underemployed by assisting them in upgrading their skills, linking training needs to labour market demand.

The Ktunaxa Nation Council in partnership with the Ktunaxa communities provides employment counselling to clients in each community.  The following people are the Employment Workers for each community:
