Ktunaxa Nation Treaty
Negotiations
The Ktunaxa Nation, B.C. and Canada
are currently in stage four of the six-stage treaty-making
process. We are currently negotiating an Agreement in Principle
(AIP) which will form the basis of the Final Agreement.

The target is to have a comprehensive
AIP completed by Juney 2006 which will lay the foundation
for Final Agreement negotiations.
