about the IMPORTANCE of PHYSICAL DISTANCING, HAND WASHING, SELF CARE, FAMILY
LOVE, ELDER SAFETY, and MENTAL WELL-BEING.

Here are some words & terms in Ktunaxa you can include:

yapta̓ wsaqa: To be staying apart from
others (such as a member of a family living
away from the rest of the family)
kin ʔiktquyiⱡik?: Did you wash your hands?
ʔiktquyiⱡam: Wash your hands
k̓iktuquni·muⱡ: Soap
ʔaqaⱡxuniyam: Health
ksukiⱡxuni·nam: Good health
sa·nikⱡuʔmu: For there to be an epidemic
of a particular disease in a village or camp.
